2. What data we process and why
a) Browsing data (hosting provider logs)
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As is technically unavoidable, the infrastructure provider may record information such as IP address, user agent, request time and requested resource, solely to guarantee the security, operation and abuse prevention of the service.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller and the provider in keeping the site secure and operational (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: as long as necessary for that purpose, per the hosting provider's logging policy.
- Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc. as infrastructure provider (processor under its terms of service and the GDPR).
b) Data you send by email
If you contact us by email, we process the address you use and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry.
- Legal basis: consent by initiating contact (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest in replying.
- Retention: as long as needed to respond and, afterwards, while legal liabilities may exist.
3. Recipients and international transfers
No data is disclosed to third parties except where required by law. The only provider involved is the site's hosting and delivery provider (Cloudflare), acting as data processor. International transfers associated with that provider may occur, covered by the safeguards foreseen in Article 46 of the GDPR and by the instruments adopted by the provider. See its policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights where applicable:
- Access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR).
- Objection and restriction of processing (Art. 18 and 21 GDPR).
- Portability of your data (Art. 20 GDPR).
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise them, write to [email protected] stating the right you wish to exercise and identifying yourself where necessary.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
